Information about the webshop

In this online Shop we offer new items, used items and also some with some defects. Is this not specifically mentioned on the list, the item is new. Is one of the items not new, this is mentioned. Defect parts are listed for those products or are shown on the pictures.

Availability information:
Green point: The item is effectively in stock in Uster and immediately available
Red point :   Item is currently not in stock, but can still be delivered

Price:

All prices include 8,1% VAT. For shipping outside Switzerland, the Swiss VAT is automatically deducted from the invoice amount. Please note that shipping outside Switzerland may incur customs duties and local sales tax. These costs will be calculated by mail in your country. Please clarify these costs yourself. There is no minimum order quantity and no minimum order surcharge will be charged.

Payment types:
-PayPal (no surcharge will be charged)

-Prepayment:  After sending your order you will receive a confirmation email with our account details. So make sure when filling out the cashier form that your email address is spelled correctly. To save transfer fees, you can deposit from the euro area in EURO (for example, a SEPA transfer). Please choose in the shop
(top right) the appropriate currency before your order.

We ship with the Swiss Post. After shipping your order, you will receive an shipping confirmation with tracking information for tracking the package. The shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shop depending on the type and number of purchased items. A distinction is made whether the delivery is made within Switzerland, to Europe or overseas and which delivery method (Economy or Priority) has been selected.
