Terms & Conditions 

1. General Information
These terms and conditions apply for orders done via Internet. Rüegsegger Acoustics is entitled to amend or change these terms and conditions. The current valid terms and conditions apply for the day of the order.

2. Offer / Price
In this online Shop we offer new items, used items and also some with some defects. Is this not specifically mentioned on the list, the item is new. Is one of the items not new, this is mentioned. Defect parts are listed for those products or are shown on the pictures. Small defects or slight changes from its original version or pictures published on our website are possible. Is an ordered item not available anymore we provide us with the possibility not to execute the order.

All prices include 8,1% VAT. For shipping outside Switzerland, the Swiss VAT is automatically deducted from the invoice amount. Please note that shipping outside Switzerland may incur customs duties and local sales tax. These costs will be calculated by mail in your country. Please clarify these costs yourself.

3. Payment and Delivery
The customer receives after an order issued, a confirmation of it by email. Does the customer not pay within the 10 days the customer forfeits his rights. Shipment via Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post AG) The customer receives after the shipment an email confirming the shipment with its tracking No. of the Swiss Post. After having received the ordered items the customer needs to verify whether an item has some sort of delivery damage and about the correct number of the delivered items. Rüegsegger Acoustics needs to be informed about any damages, the incorrect number of items received, or other defects within 5 days of reception of the purchased items.

4. Terms and Delivery
Purchased items are normally delivered within 48 hours after reception of the prepayment. Is Rüegsegger Acoustics not able to fulfill this deadline, the customer has the right within 14 days to withdraw from this purchase. Amounts that have been paid will be reimbursed to the customer. Further claims are excluded.

5. Right of return
Are the purchased items not according to the customers perception, the customer is entitled to return them. To do this an email notification has to be sent within 7 days after having received the purchase items, informing Rüegesegger Acoustics about the received items being returned. The customer then has to return the purchased items within 14 days. The costs applicable to do this have to be borne by the customer.

6. Guarantee
Many purchased items offered in this online online–shop are not available anymore in any specialist shops. There are some items which are rare pieces. Their condition can be ‘used’ ‘new old stock’ or also ‘defect‘. Rüegsegger Acoustics can for most of the offered products not go back to its suppliers or producers to get a guarantee. The customer can gain a personal impression of the offered products by looking at the pictures and reading the detaillied descriptions of each product on our website. There is also as mentioned above (Pt.5 ) the right of return.

7. Place of Jurisdiction
Place of Jurisdiction is where RA is headquartered. Applicable therefore is solely Swiss Law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale Good (Vienna Convention, 11 April 1980) is herewith excluded.
